Guest House Films LLC was created in 2005 by Rob Williams and Rodney Johnson as a way to tell unique stories that usually cannot be found in other productions.

The company's first feature film, Long-Term Relationship, debuted on here! TV in August 2007, and was released on DVD from here! Films, Genius Entertainment and Libertaion Entertainment on November 6, 2007.

The second Guest House Films production is a romantic comedy called Back Soon, which was released on DVD from TLA Releasing on May 27, 2008.

The third Guest House Films production, 3-Day Weekend, was released theatrically in August 2008 and on DVD on November 18, 2008.

The company's fourth film, Make The Yuletide Gay, has been acquired by TLA Releasing and will be released in 2009.
